Praise the Lord! This is the government circular regarding the formation of non-muslim societies in schools. Please download this latest circular Pekeliling Ikhtisas Bil 2/2011 if you need to show your principal the circular. You or a parent can request the school principal to allow you to open a school CF. You do not need to apply to the Pendaftar any more and the principal cannot say no.
